Chef Aarón Sánchez
Aarón Sánchez is a Mexican-American celebrity chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, television personality host, entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is the host and executive producer of Talking Sabor, El Toque de Aarón, as well as hosting Taco Trip, 3 Minutos con Aarón, MOTOCHEFS, and El Sabor de Aarón. He also co-hosts a podcast, Cooking in Mexican from A to Z with his mother. Aarón has been a judge on Chopped, Chopped Junior, MasterChef, & MasterChef Junior. Aarón is chef/partner of restaurants Johnny Sánchez, Showbird, and Adobo Cantina. Author of two cookbooks: La Comida del Barrio and Simple Food, Big Flavor & Where I Come From: Life Lessons From A Latino Chef.

Marcus Samuelsson is an Ethiopian-born Swedish-American celebrity chef, restaurateur and television personality. He is the head chef of Red Rooster in Harlem, New York. Marcus is a longstanding judge and TV personality on the hit Food Network show Chopped, head judge of Top Chef: Family Style, and an Iron Chef on Netflix’s rebooted Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend. Author of over 7 cookbooks.

Sean Sherman is an American Oglala Lakota Sioux chef, cookbook author, forager, and promoter of Indigenous cuisine. Sherman founded the Indigenous Food Lab, catering service The Sioux Chef, and founded the nonprofit North American Traditional Indigenous Food Systems. Author of The Sioux’s Indigenous Kitchen & Turtle Island: Foods and Traditions of the Indigenous Peoples of North America.
